How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
Most couples book their wedding photographer 9–12 months ahead of their wedding date, particularly for weddings held during Brisbane’s peak season (September to November and March to May). If your wedding is sooner than that, it’s still worth reaching out — availability depends on the specific date and venue.
How many hours of wedding photography coverage do we need?
It depends on how much of the day you want documented. Six to eight hours typically covers everything from getting-ready through to the first hour of the reception, while full-day coverage suits weddings with a longer gap between ceremony and reception, or couples who want the send-off captured as well. We can help you work out the right coverage length once we know your day’s schedule.
When will we receive our wedding photos?
Full galleries are typically delivered within [X] weeks of your wedding date, with a small selection of sneak-peek images shared sooner. Turnaround can vary slightly depending on the season, so we’ll confirm your specific timeline when you book.
Do you photograph weddings outside of Brisbane?
Yes. While we’re based in Brisbane, we regularly shoot weddings across South East Queensland, including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and surrounding regions. Travel further afield can usually be arranged — just let us know your venue when you enquire.
Can we choose between candid and posed wedding photography?
Most of our couples opt for a blend of both — natural, candid coverage through most of the day, with a short, relaxed portrait session worked in around golden hour. If you have a strong preference either way, let us know during planning and we’ll shape the day’s coverage around it.
